Services are offered primarily for cash pay but we also take limited insurances in certain states

General Medication Management Pricing

Appointments are divided into 15 minute increments.

Initial Psychiatric Evals range from $125-200 for 30 min to 1 hour visits

Follow-ups and Med Management range from $100-125 for 15 to 30 min visits.

Ketamine IM Pricing

Standard Loading Series - 6 injections : $1500

Booster Injection - $250

Grief Series = 3 Injections: $750

A short course of ketamine injections can be helpful in managing grief especially when coupled with therapy or grief counseling

Stress/Decompress Injection = 1 Injection $150 - 250

A one time dose of ketamine can help help to reduce stress when you are feeling overwhelmed by life stressors. Price varies based on dosage of strength of the injection (half or full dose).

1 injection : $150

Ideal for patients who are unsure about ketamine treatment and prefer a more mild experience to see if ketamine is right for their needs

Ketamine Microdosing Program (At Home Ketamine)

$220 per visit, includes cost of medication

5x week dosing

3 month step-up dose plan starting at very low doses

Self-administered in the comfort of your home

Low Dose Troches that dissolve slowly in the mouth

Ideal for Mild to Moderate Depression and Anxiety that does not respond completely to other treatments.

Ketamine Macrodosing Program (At Home Ketamine)

$220 per visit, includes cost of medication

2x Week dosing

We are currently only serving the following states: AZ, CO, DE, FL, ID, MD, ME, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA. Do not schedule if you do not reside or have a mailing address in these states.

On the Scheduling Website, choose the type of appointment you are interested in and follow the steps to reserve an appointment.

Once reserved, you will receive invite to complete intake form.

Intake forms must be completed 24 hrs prior to each appointment or the appointment will be cancelled.

Once intake form is completed, you will receive a link to attend a video visit, unless you’ve requested an in person visit.
