What type of ketamine services do you offer?
We offer Intramuscular (IM) and intravenous (IV) ketamine treatments in the office and oral ketamine treatments for home use. We are also exploring subcutaneous home use for patients.

Do you offer ketamine treatment near me?
We currently have a physical office to offer ketamine injections and infusions in North East, MD 21901 and coming soon to King of Prussia, PA 19406. We do also offer at home ketamine treatments in several states across the country. Please check the ’ Locations’ tab, at the top of the webpage, to see the states where we offer at home ketamine treatments.

How does at-home ketamine treatment work?
After an initial consultation and approval from a healthcare provider, patients receive ketamine in a prescribed form (usually oral troches or RDTs, we do also offer sublingual suspension) to be taken at recommended intervals in the comfort of the patient’s home.
-
How long is the program?
For in office sessions for mental health, typically you will have 6 sessions, twice a week for 3 weeks, then move to boosters every month or as needed.
For in office sessions for chronic pain, we recommend 5 sessions, of increasing dose, then move to boosters as needed.
For at home macrodosing, length of treatment is open ended and is determined by whether or not the patient continues to have therapeutic effect in the absence of significant side effects like bladder problems.
-
Do you take insurance for ketamine treatments?
No, while we have tried to accept insurance for ketamine treatment in the past, it can be very complicated. Insurance will not cover ketamine treatments directly. Use of ketamine for mental health is considered “off-label use” and insurance will not reimburse for these treatments. However, we do offer Spravato treatments, these are generally covered by insurance but patients must reach out to their insurance carrier prior to starting sessions, to see if they may owe a copay or deductible per session.
-
How do I pick up the medication?
For at home ketamine patients, the medication is shipped directly to your home, using one of the compounding pharmacies we work with.
-
Are there any side effects of ketamine treatment?
Common side effects include dizziness, nausea, dissociation, and elevated blood pressure. These effects are usually short-lived and reviewed by the healthcare provider at each follow-up visit.
-
Do you only offer ketamine treatments?
No, we also provide psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD and OCD.

What is a TOVA test?
The TOVA test is a ~20-minute, computer-based, objective, continuous performance test (CPT) designed to aid in the assessment of attention deficits, including ADHD, by measuring response time and consistency. It assesses attention (omission errors) and impulsivity (commission errors) for individuals aged 4–80+ via visual stimuli

Do you offer other Psychiatric Testing?
We also offer Pharmacogenomic Testing or PGx. This type of test utilizes a cheek swab to analyze your DNA to determine how genetic variations affect your body’s response to medications, aiming to optimize drug efficacy and safety. By identifying how you metabolize specific drugs, it helps doctors select the right medication and dosage, reducing adverse reactions. We typically use GeneSight for this type of testing, which is 100% covered by Medicare and Medicaid. Commercial Insurances may have a copay up to $330.
